Professional Experience
Dave Wallace is an office/industrial and investment specialist with CRE Consultants and has more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience. Since his affiliation with CRE, Dave has been the company’s overall Top Producer multiple times and was the top CRE Consultants’ broker in Collier County every year since 2014. Dave currently works exclusively with his son, David. In 2023, they collectively consummated 47 transactions totaling more than $52,000,000 in sales and leasing.
Dave is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is a member of the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). He is a seasoned professional assisting clients with acquisitions and dispositions including office, industrial and investment-grade properties. Dave actively represents the 190,000 SF Adler portfolio of properties in the Naples market as well as several million dollars of office, industrial and investment property listings.
Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Dave worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies in Florida and New York handling all facets of commercial real estate including the sale, management and leasing of a single 5,000,000 square foot complex. He was also responsible for the establishment of CB Richard Ellis-Rochester and RE/MAX 1st Commercial in Rochester, New York.
Dave earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Clarkson College. He was commissioned as a U.S. Army officer upon graduation, serving as a signal officer with the United Nations Command in Panmunjom, DMZ, Korea; the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) between North & South Korea.
