Monique Ferns is an Associate in our Naples office. Monique is an active member of a high-performing team with Fred Kermani, one of the Partners of CRE Consultants whose specialty is land, investment properties and business brokerage. Monique specializes in buyer and tenant representation in all sectors.

The team’s extensive experience in working with domestic and international business owners and investors brings an unparalleled breadth and depth of knowledge to every transaction.

Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Monique spent 20+ years in Marketing with a focus in consulting and digital media. She has successfully served the marketing and outreach needs of numerous start-ups and established businesses implementing pitchbooks and programs that have earned record breaking results for several organizations including The US Foreign Agricultural Service, The Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, WL Gore, Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders and many more.
