CRE Commercial Group is pleased to welcome Kevin Sabbides as a Sales Associate serving Southwest Florida.

Kevin brings more than 35 years of business leadership, sales, operational management, and entrepreneurial experience to the organization. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for helping organizations grow, improving operational performance, developing teams, and building trusted professional relationships.

A lifelong Floridian, Kevin was raised in the Tampa Bay area and has lived in Southwest Florida since 2004. His extensive background includes both corporate leadership and business ownership, providing a unique perspective on the challenges, opportunities, and decisions faced by business owners, investors, buyers, and sellers.

From 2008 through 2024, Kevin owned and operated AAMCO of Bonita Springs, where he built and managed a high-performing automotive service business that served more than 9,200 customers during his sixteen years of ownership. His hands-on experience managing personnel, operations, marketing, customer service, profitability, vendor relationships, and strategic planning provides valuable insight into the realities of business ownership and operations.

Prior to business ownership, Kevin held executive leadership positions involving multi-unit operations, organizational development, and significant profit-and-loss responsibilities. These experiences strengthened his understanding of business performance, growth strategies, leadership development, and operational decision-making.

As a Sales Associate with CRE Commercial Group, Kevin works with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, and commercial property owners regarding business brokerage, business sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate sales, commercial leasing, business valuations, succession planning considerations, investment opportunities, and property management solutions. His objective is to provide information, market knowledge, practical business insight, and professional representation that supports informed decision-making.

Kevin is known for his professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and real-world business experience. Those who work with him appreciate his ability to communicate clearly, understand complex business situations, and approach opportunities with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.

Kevin resides in Estero, Florida, with his wife, Betsy, and remains active in his local church and community leadership activities. His passion for Southwest Florida, commitment to serving others, and appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit continue to guide both his personal and professional endeavors.
