Professional Experience

Kathleen Harris is the Assistant to Randal Mercer, a founding partner of CRE Consultants. She supervises a broad variety of daily operations including managing an active calendar of mission critical activities, ensuring all expectations are met, key client asset management and related deliverables.

Her responsibilities also include fielding telephone inquiries, distribution of marketing materials, maintaining and tracking related property data, owner/vendor contacts and schedules and monthly reporting. Her ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion allows Mr. Mercer to provide concierge level customer service to long-term clients.
