Professional Experience

Ed Clarke is the Asset Operations Director. He is the direct point of contact servicing over 900,000 square feet of commercial space and overseeing all aspects of property management for buildings in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties.

Ed’s management style is distinctly hands on—taking control of the daily operations from establishing relationships with vendors, to tenant retention, day-to-day functions, and improvement projects with ownership’s short and long-term goals always at the forefront.

He brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, operations and project management to his properties, and it is these cornerstones, coupled with proven client retention and strategic cost control, which enables him to consistently provide best in class service.

Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Ed worked California’s Bay Area, where he was responsible for over 28 million square feet of Class A buildings, top tier customers/facilities, and high-end shopping malls and retail space.

Ed’s work experience has allowed him to form valuable relationships with some of the top 100 businesses in the country.
