David Wallace works in a partnership with his father, Dave Wallace, CCIM, SIOR in CRE Consultants Naples office providing exceptional brokerage services where as a team, they specialize in office, industrial, land and investment properties.
David relocated to Naples and earned his Florida Real Estate license in early 2014. He oversees operations, business development, negotiations, sales, asset management and client services for The Wallace Team.
Prior to joining CRE Consultants, David was a Sales Consultant for Paychex, Inc. He began his career as an inside sales representative in Rochester, N.Y. As the top performer in his rookie class, he was promoted to 401k outside sales representative where he engaged a client base of 1400+ small to medium-sized businesses in a 100-mile territory. After spending 3 years in Boston, David accepted a transfer to Charlotte, N.C. to cover territory from Charlotte to Hilton Head, SC.
David’s strong background in sales, negotiations, data mining, project management and market research, combined with his positive outlook, high drive, persistence and attention to detail, facilitate excellent working relationships with the brokerage community, landlords and tenants.
The Wallace team’s extensive experience working with individual, multi-property and local investors as well as out of country clients brings value and first-class service to every transaction. Their strong partnership marries two generations of thinking and years of client-focused solutions.
