Connie Spataro is an Administrative Assistant for the property management department in our Naples Office. In this role, she assists with the day to day operations including preparing Vendor Contractor Agreements and Vendor Service Agreements, tracking Vendor GL/WC Insurance, coding invoices for payment, setting up and maintaining tenant files, processing tenant notices for inspections and processing payroll.

Connie has worked in the commercial real estate industry in a variety of administrative roles including Listing Coordinator and Assistant to the Office Operations Manager. Her responsibilities included inputting listings, managing documentation for sale and lease transaction files, and coordinating and tracking all company signage.

Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Connie worked for over 20 years as a paralegal in Connecticut with experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate as well as litigation.
