Professional Experience

Cheryl Devlin is an Accountant for our Property Management division in our Fort Myers Office.

In this role, she provides full account services for properties including bank reconciliations, financial reporting/analysis, tenant billing, monitoring of property management accounts payable, distribution of invoices, and tenant and vendor insurance certifications.

Cheryl has 20+ years of extensive accounting background. She attended Florida State University and Florida Southwestern College (formerly Edison Community College) where she earned her AA.
