Development of the 8.09 acre Six Mile Corporate Park includes construction of the eastern portion of Crystal Drive, that will eventually provide direct access to Metro Parkway and U.S. 41.
The Park also offers two sites for individual office buildings, both fronting directly on Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Each site will accommodate up to approximately 14,000± SF of office space and zoning allows a wide range of businesses and professions, including medical office. The sites are available for purchase or the developer will build to suit.
